What constitutes a "Node"?

A node is any active intelligence endpoint within your graph. This includes connected employee accounts, automated system agents, and continuous data ingestion pipelines (like a GitHub repo connection).

Can we switch from SaaS to On-Premise?

Yes. Command Tier clients can request a cryptographic snapshot of their vector-graph and migrate from our managed cloud (AWS/GCP) to fully air-gapped on-premise hardware.

How is compute throughput metered?

Compute is measured in NYX tokens, calculated based on the LLM parsing complexity and graph traversal depth required for a query. Orbit and Command tiers include guaranteed monthly NYX throughput limits.

Do you support crypto payments?

Yes. Through our billing terminal, you can initialize your provisioning sequence using USDC or SOL via native wallet routing, alongside traditional Quantum Credit Routing (Visa/Mastercard).
